In Mandamus. Sua sponte, a temporary protective order is issued that prohibits the deposition of Judge Dominic Coletta from proceeding. The order shall remain in effect until the court rules on respondents’ motion for protective order filed on February 6, 2018. Relator shall file a response to the motion no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018.
