ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that Richmond C. Odom, Louisiana Bar Roll number 17339, be and he hereby is reinstated to active status pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 22(G). This order shall be effective immediately. JOHNSON, C.J., would deny respondent’s request to be reinstated to active status.
