III. CONCLUSION
The Commissioners Motion to Remand, [Doc. 9], is GRANTED, and this action is remanded back to the State of Connecticut Department of Insurance. This Ruling neither expresses nor intimates any view on the merits. As there are no remaining claims in this matter, the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. It is SO ORDERED.
