Turntine , 265 Or. App. 323, 336 P.3d 513 (2014), rev. den. , 356 Or. 690, 344 P.3d 1112 (2015) (likewise applying principles of statutory construction to conclude that the term convicted in ORS 163.160(3) includes a finding of guilt).
