Per curiam:
The Director of Revenue (Director) appeals from a judgment from the Circuit Court of Lafayette County reinstating Cameron Dieckhoffs (Dieckhoff) drivers license after it was revoked pursuant to section 577.041 (Judgment). For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
