Per curiam:
Ruth Bowlin (Ruth) is appealing the judgment from the Circuit Court of Nodaway County, Missouri finding in favor of her grandson, Michael Bowlin (Michael). Ruth brought this action against Michael in equity to set aside a deed to certain real estate transferring property from Ruth to Michael. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
