Per Curiam.
Wilfred Louis appeals the summary denial of a rule 3.850 motion for postconviction relief. We agree with appellant that the trial court erred in denying his claim of newly discovered evidence without an evidentiary hearing. See Nordelo v. State , 93 So.3d 178 (Fla. 2012) ; Barrow v. State , 940 So.2d 1235 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006). Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
