The appellants petition for all writs, treated within this appeal as a motion to compel, is denied. This appeal is dismissed for the appellants failure to provide an appealable final order. This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to seek the issuance of a final order by filing a petition for writ of mandamus in this court.
