This appeal is dismissed as from nonappealable nonfinal orders. To the extent that the December 6, 2017, order attached to the notice of appeal may be reviewable under this courts appellate jurisdiction over nonfinal orders or by certiorari, the appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. The motions incorporated in the appellants response to this courts order to show cause are denied as moot.
