Petitioner has filed a petition for belated appeal in which he is asking for additional time to file an initial brief in case number 2D18-0391. The petition for belated appeal is dismissed and petitioners filing shall be docketed as a motion for extension of time to file his initial brief in case number 2D18-0391.
