Based on the facts in this case, there is no legal precedent or authority in support of granting a credit to the expropriating authority against a final judgment awarding attorney fees to the landowner in an expropriation case. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the trial court judgment is reinstated. REVERSED.
