Petitioners Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus for Discretionary Belated Appeal of the lower courts June 27, 2018 order denying his successive motion for postconviction relief, filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, is denied on the merits. See Dawson v. State , 847 So.2d 601, 601 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003) ; Peterson v. State , 746 So.2d 1208, 1209 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999). AMENDED PETITION DENIED.
