The petition for belated appeal is dismissed as untimely. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141 (c)(5)(A). Petitioners notice of appeal of the trial courts February 19, 2019, order is treated as a motion to review the trial courts order denying petitioners motion for the appointment of counsel and is granted to the extent that this court has reviewed the trial courts order and approves of the same.
