Lorenza Gerald Ferebee, Jr., appeals the magistrate judges order denying relief on Ferebees postjudgment motions in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action.

We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Ferebee v. Stapleton, No. 7:19-cv-00254-PMS (W.D. Va. July 27, 2020). Ferebees emergency motion for retaliation is denied. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
