ORDER **
The Commissioners unopposed motion to vacate the district courts judgment affirming the Commissioners final decision and to remand this case to the district court is granted. Dkt. No. 43. The district courts judgment is therefore vacated, and we remand to the district court with instructions to remand the case to the agency for further proceedings consistent with Carr v. Saul, ––– U.S. ––––, 141 S. Ct. 1352, 209 L.Ed.2d 376 (2021).
VACATED and REMANDED.
