We treat an appeal from an order of conditional release as a petition for writ of certiorari. Woods v. State, 969 So. 2d 408, 409 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007). Having considered Petitioners status report filed on October 27, 2021, we dismiss the petition as moot. Dismissed.
