DeAndrey Gordon appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Gordon raises a single claim on appeal. He argues that the motion court erred in rejecting his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel on the ground that counsels decision not to present photographic evidence of Gordons appearance was a matter of reasonable trial strategy. Gordon argues that presenting this evidence would have boosted his defense of mistaken identity. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
