Mr. Antonio Golston appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, denying his Rule 29.15 amended motion for post-conviction relief based on ineffective assistance of counsel for counsels failure to object to alleged hearsay testimony. We affirm and have provided the parties with an unpublished legal memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
