ORDER
J.W.C., Sr. (“Father”) appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court finding that three children are in need of care and committing them to the custody of the Childrens Division for appropriate placement. He raises one point on appeal, claiming that the trial court erred in finding the children were abused or neglected. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
