Opinion

ORDER

P.C.B. appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court sustaining the allegation that he committed acts, which if he were an adult would constitute burglary in the first degree, section 569.160, RSMo. He raises three points on appeal. P.C.B. complains that the trial court erred in finding sufficient evidence to sustain the allegations against him and in refusing to admit another partys prior guilty plea. He also claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
