Russell Burd appeals from his convictions of second-degree rape, second-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sodomy, first-degree burglary, and third-degree kidnapping. Burd contends the circuit court clearly erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained after his warrantless arrest inside his home. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because no jurisprudential purpose would be served by a published opinion. AFFIRMED. Rule 30.25(b)
