ORDER
Attorney Mav Mirfasihi filed a lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of Clay County. Mirfasihi alleged claims for civil conspiracy, violation of the attorneys lien statute (§ 484.140, RSMo), and tortious interference with contract. Mirfasihis claims arose from State Farms payments to third parties for property damage in connection with an automobile accident involving one of Mirfasihis clients. Mirfasihi contended that he was entitled to an attorneys fee as a result of State Farms payments. The circuit court granted summary judgment to State Farm, and Mirfasihi appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
