Opinion

ORDER

Brandon Cox appeals the judgment of his convictions, following a jury trial, for first-degree murder and armed criminal action. On appeal, Cox asserts the trial court: (1) erred in overruling his motions for judgment of acquittal and for new trial because there was insufficient evidence to prove the element of deliberation beyond a reasonable doubt to support a conviction of first-degree murder; and (2) abused its discretion in failing to, sua sponte, take curative action regarding the States improper remarks during closing argument. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
