ORDER

Clifton Davis is serving consecutive sentences of thirty years’ imprisonment for first-degree assault, and ten years for second-degree robbery. The Board of Probation and Parole calculated Daviss parole eligibility date to be March 9, 2025, and it scheduled a parole hearing for November 2024. Davis filed a petition for declaratory judgment in the Circuit Court of Cole County, seeking a declaration that he will become eligible for parole on November 9, 2021. The circuit court granted the Boards motion for judgment on the pleadings, and Davis appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
