ORDER

Following a jury trial, Khaury El-Amin was convicted in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. The circuit court sentenced El-Amin to concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without eligibility for parole for the murder charge, and twenty-five years’ imprisonment for armed criminal action. El-Amin appeals. He argues that the circuit court abused its discretion when it denied his request for a continuance when El-Amin was unable to timely locate and depose an alibi witness, and was belatedly provided a large volume of discovery material. El-Amin also argues that the trial court erred in permitting the State to cross-examine El-Amin concerning whether a prosecution witness had a motive to lie. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
