ORDER

J.C.S., a juvenile, appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Jackson County, Missouri, Family Court Division asserting jurisdiction over J.C.S. pursuant to section 211.031.1(3) finding he committed acts that, if committed by an adult, would have constituted resisting arrest. J.C.S. contends the Family Court erred in: (1) finding J.C.S. committed acts constituting resisting arrest because there was insufficient evidence that J.C.S. resisted an arrest or lawful detention; and (2) overruling J.C.S.’s motion for a jury trial. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
