Gustavo Ortiz appeals the motion courts denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after he was convicted of second-degree murder. Ortiz contends the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to call a witness who would have testified in his defense. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the motion courts judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
