ORDER
David Anderson appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15, after an evidentiary hearing, in the Jackson County Circuit Court. He raises two points on appeal. First, he claims his defense counsel was ineffective in failing to call a witness. Second, he claims his defense counsel was ineffective in failing to object to the giving of the hammer instruction. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
