ORDER
K.M.H., a juvenile, appeals from the judgment of the Family Court Division of the Circuit Court of Jackson County committing him to the Division of Youth Services, alleging that the juvenile court erroneously considered allegations that had been dismissed by the Juvenile Officer when determining the appropriate disposition. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished opinion setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
