ORDER
Reginald Jones, Jr., appeals the judgment of his convictions, after a jury trial, for second-degree murder and armed criminal action. On appeal, Jones claims the trial court: (1) abused its discretion in declaring a mistrial of Joness first trial; (2) plainly erred in including a paragraph in the self-defense instruction which was not in compliance with the pattern jury instruction; and (3) abused its discretion in admitting evidence in the penalty phase regarding three shootings that were connected to the firearm Jones admitted to using in another shooting. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
