Opinion

Order

Daniel Wilson appeals from the circuit courts judgment after he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Wilson contends that the court erred in denying his Rule 29.07 motion to withdraw his guilty plea on the basis that the court misunderstood his grounds for relief. He also contends that the court erred because the record supports a finding that he involuntarily and unintelligently pleaded guilty. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment of conviction. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose.

AFFIRMED. Rule 30.25(b)
