ORDER
Sandra Williams appeals the summary judgment of the Platte County Circuit Court entered in favor of James Bellerive, John Bellerive, and Evan Williams on her wrongful death action for the death of her husband, Paul Williams. James Bellerive and John Bellerive cross-appeal in the event the summary judgment is reversed. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
