ORDER
Wesley Baldwin appeals from a Boone County motion courts denial of his Rule 29.15 motion, which alleged that he received ineffective assistance from his appellate counsel in his direct appeal. In his sole point on appeal, Baldwin asserts that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion for postconviction relief because his appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to contest the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction for first-degree assault. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum explaining our decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
