ORDER
Mr. Terry L. Warren was convicted by a jury of the class A felony of assault in the first degree (Count I), and the unclassified felony of armed criminal action (Count II). Mr. Warren was sentenced as a prior and persistent felony offender to fifteen years’ and ten years’ imprisonment to be served concurrently. Mr. Warren contends that the trial court erred in allowing testimony alluding to prior criminal acts which eviscerated his claim of self-defense in violation of rights to due process of law and to a fair trial under the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
