ORDER
James Rhymer appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief by the Circuit Court of Jackson County following his convictions in the underlying criminal case for murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, and two counts of armed criminal action. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
