ORDER
Patrick R. Middlebrook appeals from the Circuit Court of Buchanan Countys denial of his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. In his two points on appeal, Middlebrook alleges the trial court erred because trial counsel failed to object to the States amended information or request a bill of particulars, and because trial counsel failed to object to the verdict directing instruction. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
