Opinion

ORDER

A.M.A. (“Mother”) and H.P.A. (“Father”) appeal from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Dekalb County finding Mother and Father unwilling, unable and unfit to assume their parental duties and ordering that letters of guardianship issue for their minor child G.I.L.A. Mother and Father argue on appeal that section 475.030.4(2), RSMo, violates principles of due process guaranteed by the federal and state constitutions and that the trial court applied the wrong standard of proof. We rejected identical points raised by Mother and Father in a separate appeal relating to a guardianship involving a different minor child in In re: E.R.V.A. v. H.P.A., WD84222. We similarly affirm the judgment in this appeal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished opinion setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
