ORDER
After the termination of her employment with the United State Department of Health and Human Services, Kristen Kandt filed a claim for unemployment compensation with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. A deputy in the Division of Employment Security denied her claim based on a finding that Kandt had voluntarily quit her employment without good cause attributable to her work or employer. Kandt appealed. The Divisions Appeals Tribunal dismissed Kandts appeal on the basis that it was untimely, and that Kandt had failed to show good cause for the untimely filing. The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirmed the Appeals Tribunals decision. Kandt appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
