Opinion

ORDER

Following a bench trial, Justin Todd was convicted in the Circuit Court of Johnson County of two counts of possession of an explosive weapon, in violation of § 571.020, RSMo. Todd appeals. He argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he knowingly possessed material constituting an “explosive weapon” as defined in § 571.010(7), RSMo. Todd also argues that his conviction of two counts of possession of an explosive weapon violated the constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy, and that the circuit court erred in conducting a bench trial, because Todd did not effectively waive his right to a jury trial. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
