Opinion

Adesijuola Ogunjobi appeals the district courts order dismissing for failure to state a claim his civil complaint in which he sought to file a class action against the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention based on his contention that COVID-19 is a hoax. We have reviewed the record and find that his claims are frivolous. Accordingly, we affirm the district courts order. We grant Ogunjobis motions to amend and deny his motions for an expedited decision and a stay pending appeal. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
