ORDER
Lawrence Huffman appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for five counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree and one count of child molestation in the first degree and consecutive sentences of fifteen years’ imprisonment for each sodomy count and ten years’ imprisonment for child molestation. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting a photograph of his daughter as a naked child. He argues that the photo was neither logically nor legally relevant and thus not admissible under Article I, section 18(c) of the Missouri Constitution. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The convictions are affirmed. Rule 30.25.
