ORDER
Charles Simcoe appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing in the Boone County Circuit Court. He claims on appeal that his defense counsel failed to act as a reasonably competent attorney when he failed to present mitigating evidence from his psychiatric medical records. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
