Mr. Terrance Blanks appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of murder in the second degree and armed criminal action. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling has been provided to the parties in lieu of a published opinion. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
