On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
In accordance with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Cunningham, 332 So. 3d 929 (Ala. 2020), this Court reverses the Houston Circuit Courts judgment insofar as it convicted Natasha Lashay Cunningham of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, see § 13A-12-212, Ala. Code 1975. This Court remands this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Courts opinion. AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; AND REMANDED.
