Gregory Hudson Jones appeals the district courts order granting Defendants summary judgment in Jones’ 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Jones v. Rickman, No. 5:18-cv-00181-MR, 2020 WL 5646108 (W.D.N.C. Sept. 22, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
