Mobashera Ahmed appeals from the district courts order affirming the bankruptcy courts order granting NewRez LLCs motion to lift the automatic stay in Ahmeds bankruptcy proceeding and impose an equitable servitude. We have reviewed the record as well as the parties’ briefs and we find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Ahmed v. NewRez LLC, No. 8:19-cv-02534-TDC, 2020 WL 1904699 (D. Md. Apr. 17, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
