Daryl Anthony Green appeals from the district courts order: (1) denying his motion for judicial notice; (2) denying his motion for appointment of counsel; and (3) denying his motion for reconsideration of the order dismissing his appeal from the bankruptcy courts order overruling his objection to the Creditors proof of claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Green v. Prince Georges Cnty. Ofc. of Child Support, No. 8:19-cv-02852-TDC, 2021 WL 1062013 (D. Md. Mar. 19, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
