ORDER
On August 4, 2021, this Court issued an order accepting Respondents motion to resign in lieu of discipline. In re Kern, S.C. Sup. Ct. Order dated Aug. 4, 2021 (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 27 at 81). Respondent has now filed a petition for rehearing. We grant rehearing and dispense with further briefing. Upon reconsideration, we deny Respondents motion to resign in lieu of discipline and direct the continuation of proceedings under the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement in Rule 413, SCACR. s/ Donald W.
