Kwasi H. Ramsey appeals from the district courts judgment entered in accordance with the jurys verdict finding for the Plaintiff, Kevin Younger, following a trial on Youngers 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and Ramseys arguments on appeal and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. We grant Youngers motion for leave to file an informal response brief out of time and deny Ramseys motions for the production of transcripts at government expense and to stay a deposition. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
