Renee L. McCray appeals the district courts orders dismissing her civil action and denying her motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. McCray v. White, No. 8:18-cv-03491-TDC, 2019 WL 6895986 (D. Md. Dec. 18, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
